Gethsemani welcomes new postulant
The Abbey of Gethsemani has a new member. Hailing from Mississippi, Danny Hathorn entered as a postulant on May 15.
After the six-month postulancy, Danny may request entry to the novitiate. At that point, he will take a monastic name and habit. He will then be addressed as “brother” and begin taking on liturgical duties.
